Skills Development & Training


We are obliged to assist clients in their specific training and development needs and have dually appointed a permanent skills development facilitator and assessor to assist our clients with their skills administration and hope to become a respected training provider in the years to come. Our Skills Development department is closely related to the BEE department which strives to ensure that if you are in a current or future BEE strategy that the skills development is aligned to enhance BEE scoring. Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports form the core of this department as we will assist with the correct registration of your business with the relevant SETA and further to ensure compliance to the requirements of the Act. Benefit Labour & Administrators will provide full skills support in claiming back levies and applications with mandatory and special grants and will we supply your organisation with a skills administrator to co-ordinate training whether formal or informal on a monthly basis.
